ICU Group Meeting

The ICU (Intentional Care Unit) Meeting is a monthly peer support group for women to discuss all things related to finding balance between their demanding work and personal life, ensuring they have time for self-care and rejuvenation.

Each meeting we address the unique challenges of women working in helping professions by providing strategies to manage stress, maintain mental well-being, and find joy in both their professional and personal lives.

Don’t worry if you have never joined us for a session, each session is a new experience for all participants.

This is a Safe Space where women can share openly about whatever is weighing them down, with an emphasis on subjects concerning Black women and followers of Jesus Christ.

Sometimes topics are decided in advance, however most of the time we address topics as they come up.
